That is why admission to Masculine Identity Reset™ runs through an application and a discovery call: so that by the time you enroll, both sides are confident this is the right work, with the right man, at the right time. This policy explains how refunds work once you do.
Before you enroll
The discovery call exists to protect you and us. If the fit, the timing, or the investment is not right, that is the place to find out, and there is no obligation. No one is enrolled who has not first had that conversation.
The commitment you are making
MIR is a premium, high-touch program. From the moment you enroll, you receive immediate value: your place in a cohort is reserved, materials are released, and Mark’s time and direct access are committed to you. Because of this, enrollment is a real commitment, not a trial.
Our refund terms
- Before onboarding and your first session: you may request a full refund of fees paid at any time before your onboarding has begun and before your first kickoff call or group session has taken place. We will return those fees to your original payment method, less any non-recoverable payment processing costs.
- After onboarding or your first session: once your onboarding has begun or your first kickoff call or group session has taken place, whichever occurs first, fees are non-refundable. At that point your place in the cohort is committed, your materials have been released, and coaching time has been set aside for you.
- Payment plans: choosing a payment plan is a commitment to the full investment. If you withdraw after onboarding or your first session has taken place, the remaining scheduled installments remain due unless we agree otherwise in writing.
A note on how we handle this. Policies are policies, but people are people. If something serious and unexpected happens in your life, reach out. We review hardship situations individually and in good faith. We cannot promise an outcome, but we will always listen.
How to request a refund
Send your request by email to [email protected] with your name and enrollment details. We will respond and, where a refund applies, process it to your original payment method within a reasonable time.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first. We are responsive and want to make things right. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in removal from the Program and loss of access while the matter is reviewed.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. The policy in effect on your enrollment date is the one that applies to you.
