Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of ash2iron.com and your participation in Masculine Identity Reset™ (“MIR,” the “Program”), a coaching program led by Mark Gagarin. By using the site or applying to the Program, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The Program

MIR is an application-only personal development and coaching program for adult men. It combines group coaching, private coaching calls, structured materials, and direct access to Mark Gagarin. The Program includes a spiritual dimension, which participants are free to engage with according to their own beliefs.

2. Coaching, not therapy or medical care

You are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, and for seeking qualified professional care when you need it.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to apply or participate. By applying, you confirm that you are an adult and that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Application and admission

Admission is by application and a discovery conversation. Submitting an application does not guarantee admission. We review each applicant individually and may accept or decline anyone at our discretion. The discovery call is a genuine conversation about fit, not a sales call, and there is no obligation on either side until you choose to enroll.

5. No guarantee of results

The work is real, and so is the effort it requires. Your results depend on your own honesty, participation, and circumstances. We do not promise or guarantee any specific outcome, and any examples or stories shared are not a guarantee that you will experience the same.

6. Fees and payment

• The investment is discussed during the discovery call and is not listed publicly. Payment plans may be available.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. By enrolling, you authorize the charges you agree to, including any scheduled installments.
• If a payment plan is in place, each installment remains due on schedule. Missed or failed payments may pause access until resolved.
• You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

8. Participation and conduct

The Program depends on trust among the men in each cohort. By participating, you agree to:

• Treat other participants and the team with respect.
• Keep what other men share inside the cohort confidential.
• Show up honestly and take responsibility for your own work.

We may remove any participant whose conduct harms the group or violates these terms, without refund where the Refund Policy does not provide for one.

9. Direct access

Direct voice and text access to Mark is part of the Program and is intended for coaching between sessions. It is not monitored continuously and is not for emergencies. Responses are typically provided during stated weekday windows. Please use it respectfully and within the spirit of the work.

10. Intellectual property

All curriculum, materials, frameworks, recordings, and content provided through the Program are owned by MIR and Mark Gagarin and are licensed to you for your own personal use during and after the Program. You may not copy, record, share, resell, or distribute them, or use them to build a competing program, without written permission.

11. Disclaimers

The site and the Program are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MIR and Mark Gagarin will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the site or the Program. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Program.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MIR and Mark Gagarin from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the site, your participation in the Program, or your violation of these terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, unless both parties agree to another method of resolution. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern directly.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site or the Program after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
