Group sessions, breakout sessions, and one-on-one coaching are confidential. By participating, you agree not to share what other participants disclose. We hold the same standard for what you share with us.
Confidentiality has legal limits — we may disclose if required by law, if there's a credible threat of harm to yourself or others, or by court order.
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes. Coaching offers guidance and structure — it does not guarantee specific results in your relationships, career, finances, mental health, or any other area of life.
All program materials — curriculum, frameworks, recorded sessions, written content, and the Masculine Identity Reset™ name — are the intellectual property of Mark & Kimmie Gagarin and may not be copied, redistributed, taught, or commercially used without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Mark Gagarin, Kimmie Gagarin, nor any affiliated entity will be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this site or program. Total liability for any claim is limited to amounts you have paid us in the preceding twelve months, if any.
